Where to navigate to find reports after we create them?
All > Reports > View/Run
Reports are visible to who by default?
Only to the user who created the report
(Explicitly make the report visible to everyone or to Groups and Users
For a report Source Type, what is the difference between Data source and Table?
- Table: need to provide all the conditions to select report data from the table
- Data source: defines a standard set of conditions for querying a particular table that can be used in other reports
Which roles are both required to publish a report?
report_publisher and report_admin

Self-Service > Dashboards
How to create reports from a list?
- Filter the list
- Right-click a column
- Select Bar chart or Pie chart
Report data is Grouped By the column we right-clicked
What types of reports can we access from the tabs on the Reports list?
- My Reports: created by the logged in user
- Group: reports shared by groups or users
- Global: reports shared as global
- All: all the reports the logged in user can see

The report has not been shared with User/Group.
A report has to be shared explicitly with either Everyone or specific Groups and/or Users
