Q

Research is one of the first steps of the Design Thinking process. What do you begin to understand from this research in terms of competitive analysis?

A

One of the first steps in the design thinking process is research—that is, getting to know the problem space you’re operating within. It’s important to get a feel for what kinds of issues are related to the problem you’re investigating and to take a look at what solutions to similar problems have already been proposed
