A

A

What side effects can you get from Rifampicin?

A

Red/orange discolouration of secretions, such as urine and tears
P450 inducer - reduce effect of some drugs

What side effects can you get from Isoniazid? and how can you prevent this?

A

Peripheral neuropathy. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is co-prescribed to reduce the risk.

A

Pyrazinamide can cause hyperuricaemia (Gout & kidney stones)
