Describe the processes of the lungs using its 3 main parts.
A
The bronchioles are tubes in spongy tissues. At the end of each bronchiole is an alveolus surrounded with capillaries. Oxygen fills up in the sacs and is diffused into the capillaries. The CO2 from the capillaries diffuse into into the alveolus and is exhaled.
