Agree - Privy council - made up of between 70-90 men. Medieval system. Role to advise king and manage day to day running of the country. Crom rose from within privy council
Disagree - Guy argues that privy council was a direct response to POG, emergency council to deal w crisis

Agree - huge changes. Reformation parl 1529, h gave parl lots of power. After BWR abbots disappeared from the House of Lords
Disagree - parl met regularly during war - increases their importance. When crom was in the HOC it grew in importance

Finance
Agree - dissolution of monasteries increased income, created new courts, kept old exchequer system which was not v slow.
Disagree - did not simplify finances - no single body organising it all, mainly just reactionary to the problems, crom might’ve had potential in finance but H spent it on FP.
