• Ascertain injuries
• Render all assistance to those injured or killed

Results in injury or death, driver or rider must report in person to nearest police station or enforcement officer

Timeframes to report accidents

Answer 3

Injury or death (in person) within 24 hours. To Police

Damage to vehicle or other property - within 48 hours. To owner

If owner cannot be contacted, to Police within 60 hours
