What are some kitchen hygiene rules?
Some kitchen hygiene rules are:
-Use a clean dishcloth to wipe desks and around sink.
-use a clean tea tile to dry dishes.
-ensure equipment and utensils are clean before use.
-spray desktops with antibacterial spray and ensure they are clean and dry before food preparation.

What is a burn caused by?
A burden is caused by dry heat for example when touching a grill.
What is a scald caused by?
A skull is caused by moist/wet heat for example steam from a kettle.
What is first aid treatment for a burn or scald?
First aid treatment, run the burn or scald under cold water for about 10 minutes or until the pain subsides.
What do you do when you get a minor cut?
When you get a minor cut, it can be washed under cold water and dried with a clean paper towel then cover it with a blue waterproof plaster.
What are the eight steps to do when you are going to do a practical?
The eight steps are:
1- tuck in your stool and school bag and check your laces are tied.
2- put on an apron.
3- tye back long hair.
4- roll up your sleeves.
5- remove jewellery and watches.
6- wash your hands thoroughly.
7- spray and wipe your table.
8- wait for instructions from your teacher.
