Unjust or prejudicial treatment of others based on perceiving them as different, such as a person’s race, nationality, age, marital status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, cognitive reasoning, level of physical fitness, political affiliations, socioeconomic factors, pregnancy status, employment status, veteran status, immigration status, or history.
