Garlic Butter
Whipped butter with seasonings and fresh minced garlic, used to sauté all vegetables for beer bread sandwiches, as a spread for our white sauce pizzas and for bruschetta
Thai Sauce
Pureed garlic, carrot, celery, red onion, cilantro, and ginger blended soy sauce, olive oil and hot sauce. We add red pepper for more spice and brown sugar and peanut butter to thicken it. Used for spicy wing sauce and for thai hummus
Jalepeno Aioli
like mayo, emulsified with pureed jalepeno to add a green tint and some spice. Served with Calamari App and Taproom Tenderloin.
Spicy Mustard
Grain mustard mixed with horseradish, served on a 1/2 roast beef sandwich and with our bavarian pretzel app.
Tzatziki (cucumber sauce)
pureed cucumbers, add sour cream,lemon juice, garlic and dill seasoning
Served on chicken beer bread
Garlic Honey Mayo
we make an aioli and add some garlic and cayenne pepper for seasoning and color and honey to cut the spice

Pesto
pureed garlic cloves, fresh basil and parmesan cheese with olive oil

Tartar
House made tartar with lemon juice, white pepper, and pickle relish

house pizza dough, prepped like normal pizza dough with 8th Street Ale. Made daily, baked fresh per order for sandwiches, pizzas and specials
