Bodhran
A Celtic wooden drum held in one hand and played with a wooden beater
Bagpipes
A Scottish wind instrument which is known for its unique three drones that constantly play and its piercing sound
Accordion
This instrument is usually associated with Scottish dance bands. This melody is played with right hand while the left plays a bass chord
Fiddle
Scottish term for violin, it has a rougher sound to it. They can be found in ceilidhs or fiddle orchestra
Clarsach
Small Celtic harp, similar to the orchestra harp but is only tuned to one scale.

Traditional flutes are made of wood and have 3-9 keys

An octave lower than the tin whistle and have a more sweet and gentle sound
