What is an epidydimal cyst / Spermatocele?
Smooth extra-testicular spherical cysts at the epididymis (duct connecting testes to vas deferens)
Cyst are large, painful and palpable
Cysts contains clear / milky fluid and are transluminable

What is hyrdocele?
Collection of fluid within the tunica vaginalis (membrane pouch that covers the testes)
Either:
Simple: Fluid Overproduction
Complicated: Scrotum + peritoneal connection
Painless, Non tender and smooth cystic swelling that is transluminable
NO tX
What is varicocele
enlargement of the veins within the the scrotum most commonly on ,left side
Sx - Veins feels like bag of worms/
sore and heaving scrotum

Surgical - Microscopic/Laproscopic varicocelectom
What is testicular torsion
When testicle rotates, twisting the spermatic cord that brings blood to the scrotum
Sudden sever pain
TX - Orchidectomy or orchipexy (repostion balls)
