Kidney-haematuria (main), varicoele present, pulmonary embolism, weight loss, hypercalcaemia

Smoking,obesity,dialysis

Into surrounding lymph nodes and into the IVC thus IVC.

Ablation, laparoscopy or radical nephrectomy
