Global Cultural Climate. What does Global mean? Cultural? Climate?

Global means incorporated in the western economic, political, military and cultural/ideological networking
Cultural means “you get consciously decide what has meaning and what doesn’t” (D.F.Wallace)
Climate means a constellation of conditions, which differentiate an environment from another (as in climatic zones, which differ with respect to average temperature, humidity, length od daylight, etc.
Let’s try to define cultural climate AD 2013!
