2
Q

describe constitutionally normal

A

and in these infants there is no increased risk of perinatal mortality or morbidity

Q

how do we identify risk factors, monitor growth and manage a diagnosis

A

booking: risk factors, health promotion of nutritional intake
referral for smoking, alcohol and substance misuse
early referral to fetal medicine if concern
personalised grwoth chart
accurate SFH measurement and referral for USS
individualised pathways under consultant-led care for reccurent USS and monitoring causes of FGR
monitor FM
assessment of growth and timely delivery if dopplers/growth/FM decline
discuss IOL vs CS early
