Entrance: orally, via naval, docking, castrating or tagging wounds

Lower eyelid rolls in & eyelids rub against surface of eye
makes lambs eyes runny & cornea cloudy
Treatment: injections of penicillin parallel to eyelid or application of clips to eyelid
