Stability.
Ability to maintain balance.
Larger BOS = easier to be stable, but harder when it’s a smaller base of support.
Lowering your centre of gravity can also help with balance.
Base of support.
Area of ground in which the body is in contact with the floor.
Greater BOS = more stability.
Motion.
Continual movement/ change in body’s positioning.
3 types -> angular, linear and general.
Angular -> rotates on a fixed point/ axis.
Linear -> occurs in a straight line.
General -> combination of both linear and angular.
