accuracy refers to how close a measurement is to the true or accepted value, while reliability refers to how consistently a method measures something.
How do you calculate the mean and percentage change?
The mean is calculated by adding all numbers in a set and dividing by the count of those numbers. The percentage change is found by subtracting the old value from the new, dividing by the old value, and multiplying by 100.
