M imp - CXR for sarcoidosis - Rx: leg elevation, NSAID, steroid

- Burninig, painful, 1-2 dermatomes
- Mx:
Antiviral given when-
<72hrs presentation
Genitals involved
Immunocompromised
Severe pain - also steroid
