Selection de Grains Nobles (SGN) also been made here (higher alcohol, longer aging, sweeter)
Chaptalization is prohibited for SGN
grapes may be affected by botrytis, and must be hand-harvested in successive tries

SWEET BLANC only

at least 50% of Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, Semillon, Muscadelle
min must weight: 272g/L
no chaptalization
