Suppliers want the company to buy as many raw materials as possible, and to be reliable with payments

Safe working environment, fair pay and working conditions (holidays, hours etc) Job security and promotion opportunities

Reasonable salary, share options, to be empowered to make decisions
What are some needs for owners/ shareholders
Share holders want the company to be profitable, to expand and grow, and to be paid a reasonable dividend

Minimal noice and air pollution, creation of jobs for local area and for the organisation to have a positive impact on the community
