An individual or group of people who are affected by or have an interest in an organisation.

What types of stakeholders do businesses have
A
Different types of organisations will have different groups of stakeholders:
Businesses: Customers, Shareholders/ owners, Suppliers, employees, managers (employers), bank manager, local community, delivery services etc.
Schools: Parents. The governing body, the students
Hospitals: The government body, Patients, Employees
Charities: Customers, Donators

Are shareholders stakeholder?
A
A shareholder is a category of a stakeholder, as the shareholder is a part owner in the company, and are therefore affected by the changes that happen in the business.
