12
Q

What’s the difference in technique between doing a “non augment” vs “augmented” Anatomic Glenoid?

A

In “non augment” you drill central holes first THEN peripheral holes…In “augmented” you drill peripheral holes first THEN central hole.

16
Q

Why are we using an “Augmented” anatomic TSA glenoid system instead of just a flat standard?

A

Augmented is designed to treat “posterior glenoid deficiencies” AND preserve subchondral bone

17
Q

When preparing “paleo” glenoid first prior to augmented reamer, which flat reamer size do you select?

A

S,M,L,XL - 40mm because all augments have a backside radius curvature of 40mm.

18
Q

What’s difference or jump in length between a “+” size stem and “long” size stem?

19
Q

What size backside curvatures for S/M Cortiloc glenoid?

A

Small - 30, 35, 40
Medium - 30, 35, 40

20
Q

What size backside curvatures for L/XL Cortiloc glenoid?

A

Large - 40, 50, 60
XL - 40, 50, 60
