Q

What are the central screw diameter and length options?

A

Central Screw Diameters = 6.5mm and 9.5mm

25mm-50mm…in 5mm increments

9.5mm used typically only for revision.

16
Q

What’s “peripheral screw angulation” for standard baseplate?

A

0-25 degrees S-I

12 degrees (Transversely)

17
Q

What’s the “peripheral screw angulation” in a lateralized baseplate +3 and +6?

A

0-25 degrees S-I

+3 = 9 degrees (Transversely)
+6 = 7 degrees (Transversely)

18
Q

What’s “peripheral screw angulation” for full wedge and half wedge baseplates?

A

0-25 degrees S-I

Full Wedge = 6 degrees (Transversely)
Half Wedge = 10 degrees (Transversely)

19
Q

How many “locking” and “compression” holes on a standard or lateralized baseplate?

A

2 multi variable angle locking olives and 2 fixed angle compression

20
Q

How many “locking” and “compression” holes on “wedge” baseplates?

A

3 multi variable angle locking and 1 fixed angle compression

21
Q

What’s the “press fit” from a 6.5mm central screw drill hole to a 6.5mm central screw?

A

2.5mm

6.5mm Drill is 4mm in diameter

22
Q

Can you broach up compactors without reaming?

A

Yes up one size.

If soft bone can use bigger size

If hard bone recommend reaming due to high risk of fracture.

23
Q

What are the Perform Humeral “Head” Diameters?

A

Perform Humeral Head Diameters…37mm-56mm

+2mm increments…BESIDES 43-46mm

24
Q

Perform Humerus “Stemless” total depth

A

Size 1 - 21mm
Size 2 - 23mm
Size 3 - 25mm
Size 4 - 27mm

* +2mm increments*

25
Do I need to use a lateralized or augmented baseplate with the “Perform Stem”?
Yes, because Perform system is inlay not designed to be lateralized off the humerus due to headcut of 135 degrees…Otherwise instability can occur
26
What's the press-fit from a "stemless" trial to "stemless" implant?
1.25mm
27
Can you use a 42mm glenosphere on a size 1 or 2 stem?
NO...42mm glenosphere only compatible with size 3 or 4 stem
28
Can you use a 33mm glenosphere on a size 3 or 4 stem?
NO...33mm glenosphere only for size 1 or 2 stem
29
How much lateralization do you get with a "+6mm" baseplate?
8mm total
30
What is the backside radius curvature of a full wedge or half wedge baseplate?
40mm of spherical arc/radius
31
What are the glenosphere "options"?
Standard, Lateralized and Eccentric
32
What are the glenosphere sizes?
33mm (Only in Lateralized), 36mm, 39mm and 42mm
33
How much lateralization can you get from glenosphere?
+3mm..NOT +6mm!!!
34
Is Perform an “inlay” or “onlay” system?
Inlay! Uses metaphyseal seating/fixation.
35
How many humeral head options for Perform system?
20 (CoCr & Ti) 9 (CoCr - Only) = 29 3 Couplers = 87 humeral head options/constructs
36
What’s difference between a “standard” and “retentive” poly insert?
Retentive has a +2mm wall height for better stability
37
How much of total central screw length is maintained within the post of the baseplate?
10mm
