Q

Stuck in a scene scene- Chris- Vocal skills

A

When the inspector (chris) asks Dennis how long he has worked at the manor, and dennis says eighty years instead of 8, Chris repeats the line to him with a high pitch and slow pace to show the audience his disbelief at what Dennis has just said.

When he is questioning Florence and comes to the conclusion that they were having an affair, he says ‘you were having an affair’ in a deep pitch with loud volume, delivering his words at a slow pace and a surprised tone of voice

He uses a surprised tone of voice when he says ‘that’s queer, there’s something under this cushion… a ledger’ only to find the ledger is not there. He looks under each pillow, saying the line louder and with an increasingly aggressive and frustrated tone, until a member shouts out telling Chris its on the floor
