Adverse effects

A

-Increased risk of infection and for the development of neoplasms due to blocking the immune system as well as hepatotoxicity, renal toxicity, renal dysfunction, and pulmonary edema

-Increased risk of toxicity if these drugs are combined with other drugs that are hepatotoxic or nephrotoxic
