Q

Cost per hire, comparable (CPHC)

A

CPHC defines a formula and methodology for creating the CPH measure for comparison across organizations. This metric uses a similar methodology to CPHI, but it incorporates a subset of data that is more likely to be used across organizations. CPHC is helpful in building comparisons of costs between organizations.
