How was trade influenced or changed in this dynasty?
The Silk Road rose to its peak in history. In order to keep peaceful trade, the dynasty established courier stations along the main roads. For safety, all travelers had to be registered to guarantee security.
How was the agriculture improved during this time period?
The emperor paid much attention to develop the agriculture. An implemented land equalization system was out into place so peasants burdens were lessened. Farm tools and agricultural techniques were improved.
What were the major inventions in this time period?
Developments in machine field, the invention of gun powder,
The first gas cylinders, air conditioning, porcelain, paper making, tea, scroll painting, brandy, and whiskey.
What were the highlights of government achievement during this dynasty?
Initiated the organizational structure “dao” and “fu” to divide the political districts. The official system involved the central official system and the local official system.
