A

Privileges:

A) Under instrument flight rules (IFR flight plan),
B) In weather conditions less than the minimum for VFR flight,
C) In Class A airspace,
D) Under Special VFR within Class B, Class C, Class D and Class E surface areas between sunset and sunrise.

Limitations:

A) When carrying passengers for hire on cross-country flights in excess of 50 nautical miles or at night. (Private pilot only)
