Standard treatment

A

Initial: Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol - RIPE lasts for 2 months

Continuous phase: Rifampicin + Isoniazid for 4 months

A

Should be administered with isoniazid to reduce the occurrence of isoniazid induced neuropathy
