  • if both sides do not give up some thing then you will be losing more
  • compromise should improve on the status quo

A

Compromise is when you usually are ‘giving up’ something while collaborating is finding a way to work together for the benefit of each other
- ideally collaboration is the most beneficial
- compromise requires careful consideration
