What is the purpose of screening?

A

It identifies the preferred pattern of movement that is used to complete a common and basic movement.

Helps us to establish underlying imbalances or dysfunction.

This then allows the coach to set up a rehabilitation program which may include soft tissue treatment from physios, specialised exercises and different patterns of movement.
