How is toughness defined?
Perform under pressure, take a hit and keep fighting, day in and day out grind.
What is the difference between toughness and resiliency?
Resiliency = after. Toughness = before, during, after. Focus on performance.
Can you be resilient without being tough?
Yes, you can be resilient without being tough. If you are tough, you are resilient.
How is soul defined?
Anima - Who are you, what brings you to life, what are you willing to fight for.
What are the skills of performance psychology?
Self talk, mental rehearsal, energy management, goal setting.
How is integrity defined?
Our conduct must always be upright and honorable; doing what is right when no one is looking.
What is initiative?
Find a job and do it.
What is the purpose of emotions?
Personal: provide information directly to us. Social: provides communication to those around us, respond more efficiently.
What is character accountability?
Integrity - aligning behavior with values. Accountability - taking responsibility for commitments made.
