Types of blood vessels?
Arteries, capillaries, veins
Arteries are responsible for?
carrying blood Away from the heart, largest artery is the Aorta, smallest is Arterioles.
Capillaries are responsible for?
Connect arteries & bones; tiny,
Veins are responsible for?
Bring blood to the heart; inferior vena cava & venules (smallest)
The heart is made of?
Muscle
where is the heart located?

what is the cardiac cycle?
Heart beat; when the heart contracts “Systole”; relaxation of the heart is “Diastole”
