Theories on Emotion

A

James Lange: suggested that is our arousal that produces the way we feel
Cannon-Bard: Believes there is a simultaneous arousal and cognitive interpretation. Believed these events are sent simultaneously to the neo-cortex.
Shachter-Singer: Believed that first there is an arousal and then there is a subsequent cognitive interpretation.
Lazarus: Believed everything was cognitive, how you think about the stimulus influences the emotion.
