families are much smaller, with the average family having 1.4 children. this isocurring as contraception is now widely available and society is increasingly secular. this may also be attributed to the fact that more women are now establishing careers, and childcare costs

standards of living are high as many families are dual income. homes are better insulated and have a high standard of sanitation facilities. health services have greatly improved due to new treatments and improved facilities

-custody fo children and access

-spouses must have been living apart from one another for two out of the three previous years

-adequate provisions have been made for the spouse and Dany dependent members of the family
