Secondary consumers who are carnivorous eat the primary consumers.

Decomposes break down dead plants and animals

When dead material is decomposed nutrients are released Into the soil and the plants take up this nutrients to grow

They are biomes with a diverse range of plant and animals their climate is hot all year round and has high rainfall

Drip tip leaves: they have pointed tips to funnell water to plants

Buttress roots: large roots which help the tree stay up right

Fan palms: catch sunlight and rain and have gaps to let excess water though to other layers
