Who is Esteban?
It changes throughout the film. The first Esteban is the father who dies, the second one is the son of Manuela, and the third is the son of Rosa.
What happens when Esteban I dies?
They ask him to be an organ donor

She wants to live with Manuela because she is leaving the convent due to pregnancy
What happens the second time Manuela goes to the play?
She is offered and assistant job for Humo and at one point she does the Nina’s part in the play

She is HIV positive - she gots AIDs
What happens after Rosa gives birth?
She dies due to complications with AIDs, Lola shows up to the funeral and talks to Manuela, the baby is immune - they use it to run tests and shit to see if AIDs can be reversed
