Meaning Faith.
Shahada is the respect of the prophet Muhammad as God's messenger and the worship of one true God. Muslims must not worship anyone or anything else.

When is Shahada said?
Thousands of times during a Muslim's life. They whisper it into the ear of their newborn baby. They teach it as a matter of urgency to their children. They hope and pray that it will be their last words before they die.

What is Salah?
The Salah is a prayer ritual performed 5 times a day by all Muslims over the age of 10. A precise ritual is performed at 5 different times of day: Dawn, Noon, Mid-Afternoon, Sunset and Nightfall. Having specific times each day to be close to Allah helps Muslim's remain aware of the importance of their faith. When Muslim's perform Salah they face the Ka'ba.

Foods that are killed in the name of God. Before the animal is slaughtered it will be offered up to God and is killed humanely. It is approached behind so as not to startle it.

Men should not wear cloth such as silk or clothes decorated with gold. It may make them proud.

Women are asked to cover their whole body- except for the face, hands and feet. Women may not wear skin-tight clothes or anything which reveals their figure.
