A
  • Plenty of room for further expansion.
  • Rolls Royce just closed a factory - lots of skilled workers out of work
  • Derbyshire County Council agreed to give them 20 million quid if they came.
  • Close to excellent road links - A38 next to the factory, link to M1 to North East, WM -> SW
