Cable Problems
Example: Loose power or data cables
Symptoms:
Computer won’t turn on
No display on the monitor
Devices like keyboard/mouse not working
Check all cables are firmly connected (power, HDMI, USB, etc.)
Unplug and replug cables to ensure proper contact
Replace damaged or frayed cables
Monitor Problems
Example: Improperly adjusted monitor settings
Symptoms:
Blank or black screen
Dim or blurry display
No signal error
Check if the monitor is turned on
Adjust brightness, contrast, and resolution settings
Ensure correct input source (HDMI, VGA, etc.) is selected
Test monitor with another computer or cable
Printer Problems
Example: Low ink or paper jam
Symptoms:
Printer not printing
Faded or missing text
Error lights blinking
Check and replace empty ink or toner cartridges
Remove any jammed paper carefully
Make sure the printer is connected (via cable or Wi-Fi)
Restart the printer and check for error messages
Battery Problems
Example: Loose or dead battery (mostly for laptops)
Symptoms:
Laptop won’t power on without charger
Sudden shutdowns
Battery not charging
Make sure battery is properly seated
Try a different power adapter
Check battery health in system settings
Replace battery if it’s dead or swollen
