What is Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)?
Key Performance Indicators are criteria that measure a business’ efficiency and effectiveness in achieving its different business objectives.
What is percentage of market share?
Percentage of market share is the proportion of a business’ total sales, compared to the total sales in the industry, expressed as a percentage figure.
What is net profit figures?
Net profit figures is the amount of money left over after expenses have been deducted from revenue earned.
What is rate of productivity growth?
Rate of productivity growth is the number of outputs produced compared to the number of inputs used and the rate in which it increases over time.

What is rate of staff absenteeism?
Rate of staff absenteeism refers to the rate in which staff are not present when scheduled for work for a period of time.

Level of staff turnover is the rate in which employees leave the business and need to be replaced.
What is level of wastage?
Level of wastage refers to the amount of recourses and finished goods that are discarded during the production process.
What is number of customer complaints?
Number of customer complaints refer to the amount of people that are dissatisfied with the business and/or its products and have notified the business of their dissatisfaction.
What is number of website hits?
Number of website hits is the amount of customer visits or engagement with a business site.
What is number of workplace accidents?
Number of workplace accidents is the amount of people injured or nearly injured at work due to unplanned events.
