A

on construction site someone doesn’t have the right equipment on if they fall and die. The company is still reliable. because they didn’t do pubic safety properly

Someone gets fight they then try and defend themselves

What is an example of self defence
If at a pub someone gets in a fight but didn't throw the first punch its alright for them to defend themselves. But if they get a glass and smash it on their head and it hurts them that's still in self defence so its alright but might be harder to defend themselves

Explain how pollution have to do with lawful acts as a crime?
Only a crime when people do it intentionally and so would be illegal. Chances of that the majority of people would and will pollute in their life time. If you drive a car that's isn't fully electric you are helping to spread pollution. If you burn wood you will also be helping to polluting the air

What affects a law getting passed?
Depends on who is in power (government normally ones to pass the laws) so XL bully's are getting banned. because the government said they are to dangerous
