  • performers are highly motivated
  • performers have access to good level coaching and facilities
    Support needed:
  • parental support and financial support to pay for competitions, equipment and travel etc.
    Moving on:
    May be enrolled on a Talent ID program, scouted for better teams, move up the academy into the first team

  • performers have very high skill levels
  • they are professionals and are playing for a living or to earn money
  • performers are participating in highly organised competitions and events
    Coaching style:
  • high quality coaching and facilities needed such as video analysis, specialist psychologists and fitness coaches
    Support needed:
  • NGB sponsors, high quality facilities, coaching, have access to sport science support, financial support (funding or sponsorship)

    Target Groups:
