Pros-The worker is available all week- productivity
Cons- Has to pay the worker even when no work needs to be done and high wage costs.

Pros- Can be asked to work at specific times and lower wage costs as they work less.
Cons- The business has to train more workers
What are the pros and cons of temporary working for the business?
Pros- Can employ the workers when they need them like cover or sick leave, Cost effective
Cons- Difficult to recruit enough workers when needed, less motivation- low quality, training costs
What are the pros and cons of working from home for the business?
Pros- Less distraction- productivity, save costs as can save office space.
Cons- Loneliness, Hard to manage, may not be able to communicate well- reducing efficiency

Pros- Bring specific skills into the business
Cons- May not work in the same way as the business’s employees.
What is a zero-hour contract?
A zero-hour contract is a type of employment where a worker is not guaranteed any set number of hours
What are the pros and cons of full time working for the worker?
Pros- Paid for the full week and receives benefits.
Cons- Has work for a full working week.
