Q

What are regulators?

Organisms that require a very constant internal environment, not allowing our conditions to vary too much.

Q

What is paracrine signalling?

A

One cell secretes a chemical (called the secreting chemical) that goes to many different target cells locally (local one-to-many)

Q

What is endocrine signalling?

A

Where one cell send many different items (ex. Hormones) to many cells from a distance (remote one-to-many)
