Q

Sequence of Urine Production & Flow (14)

A

1) Blood enters Glomerulus of Renal Corpuscle via Afferent Arterioles
2) Filtration occurs through Endothelial-Capsular Membrane to create filtrate housed in Bowman’s Capsule of Renal Corpuscle
3) Exits Corpuscle into PCT of Renal Tubule
4) Descending limb of Loop of Henle
5) Ascending limb of Loop of Henle
6) DCT
7) Collecting Duct (CD)
8) Renal Papillae (now Urine)
9) Leaves Renal Papillae of Renal Pyramids into Minor Calyx
10) Major Calyx
11) Renal Pelvis
12) Ureter
