Ciprofloxacin 100mg iv every 12h if renal failure, 200mg if normal iv
250mg orally rf
500mg orally normal
Levofloxacin 750mg po once pd
Ampicillin 1-2g iv 
Cotrimoxazole
Augmentin 1g bid
