A

Non-ischemic
Occipital headache
Posterior nuchal pain

Ischemic
Vertebrobasilar insufficiency
- Ipsilateral loss of taste, facial pain and numbness
- Vertigo
- Ataxia
- Horner syndrome
- Dysphagia and dysarthria or hoarseness (CN XI and X lesions)
- N&V
