Hypocomplementemic urticarial vasulitis
Connective Tissue Disease Assoc (CTD)
Rheumatoid Vasculitis
Erythema Elevatum Diutinum–>skin, extensor hands and knees

Polyarteritis nodosa

Hep B (changes Rx…antivirals & plasma exchange)
neuropathy
Kidney involvement (NOT GN/ RBC casts though)
GI, testicular, cardiac, skin

SPARES lungs

fibrinoid necrosis

cutaneous version (Hep C)

Can confuse w/ RV

Acute: PMNs +/- thrombus, occlusions, rupture
branchpoint of arteries
Chronic: fibroblasts +/- aneurysms

LESIONS AT DIFFERENT PHASES!!

Granulomatous angiitis of CNS=subset in middle-aged men
Atypical CNS= subset w/ lymphocytic rather than granuloma
