A
Permanently Disqualify INSULIN DEPENDENT DM with:
- Proliferative retinopathy
- Nonproliferative retinopathy

Hearing Requirements
A
- Forced whisper heard at no less than 5 feet in 1 ear
- Hearing loss no worse than 40 decibels @ 500, 1000, and 2000Hz

Federal Hearing Exemption
A
For those unable to meet hearing requirements
- Must otherwise qualify
- Valid for 2 years
